HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BOARDS:

-Store flat to avoid warping
-Apply wood oil or butter to dry board as needed.

Shipping from United States

Most of our items are Made to Order. Therefore, they will not ship until 3-5 business days after your order date. We finish our orders in the process that we get them. If you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order so we can guarantee that we can get it to you in time.

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.

We can NOT be responsible for packages that are lost or wrongly delivered due to an incorrect address. Please make sure that your address is correct. If the item is returned, buyer will be charged an additional shipping fee to have the item resent.

Most items ship via USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post after they are made. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Some items ship via FedEx Ground due to the size, shape or weight of the item and packaging.

Shipping insurance and delivery signature available upon request. Please contact us before purchasing your item(s) so we can adjust price for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

No refunds on personalized or custom orders unless the mistake is ours.

We require photos of all damaged goods requesting a refund or replacement. If you can not provide photos of damage, we will not refund your order.

No refunds on items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by buyer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges.

All refunds/returns must be shipped back with a shipping label with a tracking number to protect both the seller and consumer. We do not guarantee refunds or returns sent back by marking "Return to Sender" on the box.

All bread and cutting boards are finished with mineral oil. While there are no reports of people getting sick from walnut boards, if you have a tree nut allergy, we do not recommend purchasing our items made from walnut.

Do you make everything in your shop?

Yes we do! Aside from our tea towels that come ready to print from one state over, we make everything right here at our studio in Ohio. We design, print, and sew all of our textiles. We also design, cut, and sand all of our wood products out of wood from a local saw mill that sources their wood locally. Our hands are quite literally involved in every step of the creation process!

Why is shipping so expensive on your wood products?

Most of our wooden items are heavy, large, or a combination of both and it's pricey to ship those kinds of items. It's even more expensive the further away you are from Ohio. No, we really don't have any control over it since USPS and FedEx set those rates but we always try to get you the best deal.
